Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in UI/UX or Product Design, preferably in a startup or fast-paced tech environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, UX/UI Design, HCI, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong understanding of UI principles, UX thinking, and responsive design.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
- Basic understanding of usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
- Understanding of AI-assisted design workflows.
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- A portfolio showcasing design projects and thinking process.
- Experience with motion design or micro-interactions.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or frontend concepts.
- Experience working in Agile product environments.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
About the Role
- Assist in designing user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Translate product requirements and ideas into wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Support the creation and maintenance of scalable design systems and reusable components.
- Collaborate with the design team to maintain consistency across products and contribute to shared design standards.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Participate in user research, competitor analysis, and usability improvements.
- Contribute to improving user experience through interaction design and visual consistency.
- Create prototypes and micro-interactions for product experiences.
- Work with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and QA.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
- Support ongoing product enhancements and feature iterations.
