Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, or Management.
- Professional certification’s such as CAPM will be an added advantage.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem solving skills, with the capability to drive projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Basic understanding on programming language.
- Strong expertise in software requirements engineering and formal methods like personas, use cases, and UML.
- Proficient in relational database design and skilled in using SQL and ER diagrams.
- Skilled in wireframing, UI prototyping, and using tools such as Figma.
- Broad understanding of usability principles, heuristics, and conducting usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills across listening, written, verbal, and visual formats, with a proven ability to articulate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Agile development principles, including Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with data analytics, business intelligence tools, and using data to drive product decisions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work with incomplete information by making informed assumptions and closing gaps effectively.
- Should have strong leadership, management and organization skills including the ability to ensure schedules are met with a strong focus on quality.
- Curiosity and the ability to acquire domain and technical knowledge rapidly.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the passion to make an impact in a fast-growing start-up.
About the Role
- Research customer goals and scenarios to improve user experience and identify opportunities for innovation.

- Identify product gaps and develop innovative solutions to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects and engineers, to design optimal technical and product solutions.
- Develop and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and prototypes to ensure clarity and alignment with business goals.
- Work closely with engineering and QA teams to ensure timely product delivery with a focus on quality and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in product processes, incorporating feedback and lessons learned from previous releases.
- Develop and refine metrics to measure the effectiveness of products and strategies, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Execute on the product roadmap by running the product development lifecycle through SCRUM method that runs on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.
- Validate new ideas for existing or new product features.
- Study partners’ API documentation and perform tests (e.g. with Postman) to streamline developer integration efforts.
- Manage the product backlog that has been prioritized by the business stakeholders and work with the development team to execute and deliver the product backlog.
- Collaborate with the BI team to leverage data and product analytics for continuous improvement.
- Proactively resolve open issues and work with the delivery teams to address key defects.
