Kompete is a performance technology platform designed to help athletes train smarter through camera-based movement analysis, structured training plans, and real-time readiness tracking. The system combines a mobile application for athletes with a web-based dashboard for coaches and administrators - creating a connected performance ecosystem. We designed and developed both the mobile application and the web platform, focusing on AI-assisted testing workflows, intuitive user experience, structured training logic, and scalable backend architecture.

Athletic performance tracking often relies on subjective coaching feedback, manual testing, and fragmented data systems. Coaches lack centralized visibility into athlete readiness, while athletes struggle to track performance improvements with measurable clarity.

SOLUTION / WHAT WE HAVE DONE
Multi-Role Ecosystem Architecture
We designed Kompete as a structured, role-based ecosystem where athletes, coaches, and parents operate within a connected platform. Athletes complete workouts and performance tests through the mobile app, coaches monitor performance through the web dashboard, and parents can create and manage accounts for their children while tracking activity, progress, and daily habits. This multi-layered architecture ensures visibility, accountability, and engagement across all stakeholders.
Camera-Based Movement Analysis System
We implemented a camera-driven testing workflow that analyzes athlete movements in real time. The system validates body positioning, detects motion accuracy, and generates automated performance scores – transforming manual coaching assessments into measurable, objective analytics.
AI-Assisted Performance & Certification Engine
The platform evaluates recorded tests and generates structured performance results, including certification status, readiness ratings, and detailed form analysis breakdowns. This introduces consistency and reliability into athletic evaluations while reducing subjective bias.
Structured Training & Time-Based Exercise Engine
We developed a dynamic workout system supporting timed exercises, warm-up flows, set tracking, skip logic, and guided session progression. The experience ensures athletes remain focused while capturing performance metrics seamlessly in the background.
Daily Habit Tracking & Readiness Monitoring
Kompete includes a daily check-in system where athletes report sleep, soreness, stress, motivation, and energy levels. Parents and coaches can monitor these readiness indicators to better understand physical and mental conditions before training. This feature supports smarter workload management and long-term athlete development.
Weekly Planning & Progress Visibility
We built a structured weekly planning module that allows coaches to assign training programs while enabling parents to monitor completion rates and progress trends. Performance analytics and readiness data are visualized through dashboards, providing full transparency into athlete development.
