Tourcan is a centralized digital backoffice platform built to streamline vacation and tour management operations. Designed for travel agencies and tour operators, the system replaces fragmented manual processes with a structured, scalable, and data-driven operational workflow. The platform enables agencies to manage bookings, itineraries, customer data, payments, and reporting within a single secure environment - improving operational visibility and decision-making accuracy.

CHALLENGE

Identifying the
Opportunity

When Oral Connect approached us, the dental software market was already filled with conventional CRM systems but none offered true automation or AI support. Clinics were forced to rely on manual lead handling, follow-ups, and repetitive scheduling processes.

We needed to move from fragmented manual workflows to a centralized, intelligent backoffice system designed specifically for vacation management.

The challenge for Upview was to build a smarter platform that could help dental practices work more efficiently reducing missed leads, improving conversions, and making every patient interaction intelligent.

We began with in-depth workflow analysis, mapping the full booking lifecycle from inquiry to confirmation and reporting. Manual booking updates and repetitive data entry were replaced with structured workflow automation. Reservation status tracking, documentation handling, and reporting generation were standardized to reduce human error and administrative overhead.
